Return/Exchange Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not exchange items that have pet hair attached to it, we will not issue you an exchange if your clothing has become part animal.

HAND PAINTED ITEMS
There will be absolutely no refunds, no exchanges, and no returns on any hand painted items.

REFUNDS
If we are to issue you a refund on an order, you should receive an e-mail directly from PayPal confirming this.

NOT SEEING YOUR REFUND?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again. Please be on top of this if a refund should be issued, as we cannot check your PayPal FOR you. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at slightlystrange.sales@gmail.com and we can look into it for you!

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please know if you purchase a sale item, and would like to make an exchange, there is a possibility another size may not be in stock, or may not be available again.

EXCHANGES ON CLOTHING ITEMS
Not the correct size? Let us know! You have up to 14 days to return your item. Please see above for the condition your clothing must be in. Please do not harm your poor clothing! We would like to receive it back in the condition that we have sent it, and not worn around for a week! If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at slightlystrange.sales@gmail.com to let us know the product is on its way (prior to sending it, so we know we have the correct size in stock for the exchange!), what you would like to exchange it for, and send your item to: PO Box 1079 Dundee Illinois US 60118. You will be responsible for shipping cost for the exchange, in which we will send over a money request through PayPal through e-mail.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
